Welcome to the relocated and newly renovated Tranquility Falls Day Spa & Salon located in downtown North Wilkesboro! As soon as you walk through the doors the rustic style atmosphere, tree bark walls, genuine wood flooring, and friendly faces will instantly make you feel warm, welcome, and relaxed. The salon is located on the right side of the building and the spa treatment rooms are located down the hallway on the left. You can find me, Amanda Watkins, in the 4th room down the spa services hallway. I personally offer facials and massage. Other services offered at Tranquility Falls Day Spa & Salon also include hair services, manis and pedis, feet detox, health coach services, back flower essences, and hair removal services.
