I have been a licensed massage therapist for over a decade and trained in several modalities including prenatal massage and manual lymph drainage. I also offer medical massage for clients with a doctor's referral. My overall goal with a massage session is to leave my client feeling like they had their issues addressed without excessive soreness afterward. Think "search and rescue" as opposed to "seek and destroy."
