Align and Unwind
My aim is to help soothe your nervous system, support the release dysfunctional holding patterns, and alleviate pain and tension so you can move more freely. I believe in a collaborative approach to get to the root cause of pain and dysfunction. All treatments are customized and encompass a variety of modalities and tools depending on your needs and goals. I integrate a blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, active and passive stretching, and Myofascial Decompression/Cupping. I also believe in the importance of bringing more awareness and connection to your body, empowering you to become an active participant in your own healing, and live with more vitality and ease.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*Each session begins with a brief intake to discuss your concerns, goals, and areas of focus. For a therapeutic and pain management massage, 60 minutes is ideal for one to two area of focus. 90 minutes is recommended if you want a full body with more than one area of focus. Intake forms are emailed to you upon booking. They must be completed prior to our session.
*There is off street parking located in front of the building. The studio is located on the second floor. It is accessible by stairs or elevator. You will enter the door marked "200" and wait in the lobby area. I will come get you when it is time for your appointment. If you need to use the restroom prior to or after our appointment, they are located downstairs by the elevators and the code is: 0120.
*A minimum of 24 hours notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If appointments are cancelled after 24 hours you will be charged for half of the service fee. In an effort to reduce last minute cancellations, a credit card is required for appointment reservations. You will be sent a text and an email reminder. You are welcome to send someone else in your place to avoid charges. If you feel unwell, please cancel immediately- fees related to illness will be waived after rescheduling.
* To make sure you receive the entire duration of your service, please be sure to arrive on time. If you are running late please text me. If you are a new client please come 10-15 minutes early so we can have time to discuss your intake and goals before our session.
