Welcome! I'm Margherita Lavorgna, a Connecticut Licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of Align & Restore Massage Therapy.
I believe massage therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Every session is personalized to meet you where you are, whether you're looking to relieve muscle tension, manage chronic discomfort, recover from physical activity, reduce stress, or simply take time to care for yourself.
My approach is calm, supportive, and client-centered. I take the time to listen, communicate, and tailor each session to your individual goals and comfort level. I also offer adaptable positioning, including side-lying massage, to help clients feel safe and comfortable throughout their session.
My practice incorporates therapeutic massage, relaxation techniques, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and Reiki when appropriate and with your consent.
In addition to serving people, I have nearly eight years of experience as a Certified Canine Massage Therapist, a journey that deepened my appreciation for individualized care, thoughtful observation, and meeting every client exactly where they are.
