I weave together therapeutic bodywork, intuitive breathwork, and holistic wellness education to support your journey toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and harmony. I am a trauma-informed holistic health practitioner, a CAMTC certified massage therapist, attuned Usui III Reiki Master with a deeply spiritual approach to health and wellness. This path presented itself after I started healing my childhood trauma through somatic movement and creative expression. The years to follow I would find myself getting attuned through The Beeloved Reiki School in 2023 and graduating from National Holistic Institute for massage therapy in 2025. I love combining intuitive touch, somatic practices, and personalized wellness education, to create a safe and nurturing space for physical, emotional, and energetic transformation.
