Meet Allie | LMT
Allie is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for helping clients reconnect with their bodies through intentional, therapeutic touch. With a BS in Health and Wellness from Canisius College and a background in fitness and Pilates instruction, she brings a deep understanding of movement, anatomy, and functional recovery to every session.
Her work blends science and intuition—whether she’s easing chronic tension with deep tissue work, restoring calm through relaxation massage, or targeting stubborn pain with area-specific therapy. Allie’s approach is grounded, supportive, and client-focused. Every session is customized to meet your unique needs and leave you feeling restored, realigned, and reconnected.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her teaching Pilates, squeezing in an Orange Theory class, or spending time with the people (and pets) she loves. Allie is all about balance—and helping others find theirs.
