My specialties are injury/surgical recovery massage, prenatal massage and reducing foot pain with reflexology. I am also an experienced Birth Doula and educator.

I use a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, pin and stretch, trigger point release, myofascial release and cupping. I am also passionate about Reflexive Lymphatic Drainage (RLD). It is a reflexology protocol designed to assist your immune system flow. It’s been a wonderful tool for clients for pre/post operation recovery, lymphedema, prenatal swelling, digestive inflammatory disorders, and rheumatoid arthritis.
At Adaptive Bodyworks every healthy person is welcome. As a medical provider I am required to cover a thorough health history including vaccination choice.
