At Active Life Massage & Bodywork, I specialize in deep tissue and therapeutic bodywork. My approach is targeted and results driven. I work with active people including athletes, weekend warriors and anyone whose job or daily life places real demands on their body.
Deep tissue doesn't mean 'no pain, no gain'. I use careful, precise techniques that keep every session feeling safe and leave you feeling better than when you walked in. If something doesn't feel right, or the pressure is too much, we'll adjust it.
