Lauren blends her years of experience and expertise to enrich the quality of life of others. She brings to the table, 18 years as a Professional/Licensed Massage Therapist, 13years of medical massage experience, over 15+ years of management in the wellness industry/consulting/supplemental staffing experience, and 21+ years of experience in the special events industry. She is also a Certified Health & Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute.
Lauren has a passion for facilitating a healing experience for people, providing the pain and stress relief as well as the sense of well being that they may not even realize they need .
