I chose the name A Rooted Touch because I offer a grounded and spiritually guided approach through all of my offered services, to assist you in obtaining holistic wholeness. Life can be very fast paced, chaotic, and filled with a lot of challenges, big and small. Because of this, our emotional, physical, and energetic flow can become burdened with disruption in our desired harmony. This can cause a lot of stress and overwhelming feelings to build up in the mind, heightening the nervous system, leading to a sense of imbalance, as well as unwanted and stubborn tension which becomes trapped physically in the body. My goal is to help you achieve more peace and balance in your mind, body and spirit through my various types of healing services.
