Cancellation Policy: Appointments are made to accommodate everyone's busy schedules. To ensure that each client's service is relaxing and enjoyable, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will either have to settle or a lesser service or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is canceled with less than 4 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service price. No Shows will be charged the full price of the service missed.
