Joining you on your path to wellness.
After a knee injury, I am slowly returning to my regular schedule, and I have reopened the online booking for returning clients.
I want to become your wellness partner, keeping you on your chosen path. Did you know that regular massage therapy can help return your soft tissue to a healthier state, making you more comfortable in all your activities? My excellent results from massage therapy led me to become a massage therapist. My favorite activities are on trails (walking, biking, hiking), and my massage therapist is essential to keep me on the path!
I have completed a 1200+ hour program in massage therapy, focusing on clinical therapeutic massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage. Additionally, I have received continuing education in temporal mandibular joint disease (TMJD), pregnancy massage, cupping, nerve entrapment, Reiki, and fascial work. The Body Cushion system is available for pregnant women and others who need more support on the massage table.
I am located just west of the BSU campus in the Chief Plaza at 1510 Bemidji Ave N., Suite 7, just inside the glass door labeled 1510. My space is ground-level and handicap accessible, with close and easy parking.
I look forward to joining you on your path to wellness.
