We offer massage techniques specializing in the health and well-being of women and all birthing people, with focus on perinatal care - the time surrounding pregnancy and childbirth.
Massage offerings include prenatal, postpartum, and labor-prep massage, tailored to the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy, as well as therapeutic techniques for general stress and pain relief.
For our childbirth education courses, we use the accurate, evidence-based curriculum from Birth Boot Camp.
Our goal is to provide thoughtful, inclusive care that honors every body and every path to and through pregnancy.
