Adele is such an amazing teacher as well as bodywork technician! I particularly liked how she did the session right in the massage room. If you book a couples massage class with her, ask if it’s possible to do it that way. I recommend booking

Atmosphere is very relaxing. Deep tissue massage was great, left with less tension and improved mobility. Very attentive and adjusted pressure and technique as tolerated.
