My name is Lauren Picone, founder of Soul Serenity Massage Therapy. I am a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist with 20 years of experience. I obtained my license from the prestigious New York College of Health Professions in 2004.
I offer a wide range of therapeutic massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Hot Stone, Head, and Neck treatments, Cupping, Deep Penetrating Theragun Percussion Therapy and Couple's Massage Training.
My passion is helping my clients achieve wellness by taking the time to understand each individual's unique needs and goals, tailoring their treatments to provide maximum relief and rejuvenation. I incorporate a combination of therapeutic massage, stretching, breath work and aromatherapy for ultimate relaxation and rehabilitation. I specialize in helping ease the symptoms of pain, tension, stress, anxiety, depression and mood disorders with a focus on women's health and wellness.
