Stephanie is a holistically minded, experienced wellness professional focused on mind-body-emotional-spiritual connections. As a Graduate of Cortiva Institute in Scottsdale with a 4.0 GPA and a proven record of satisfied clientele, Stephanie incorporates her strong knowledge of anatomy, movement, pathology, and injury treatment into her massage work. She is trained in many massage modalities including Swedish, Therapeutic, Myofascial, Sports, Injury Massage Treatment, Reflexology, Structural Integration and Trigger Point Therapy. Stephanie has received additional certifications in Prenatal Massage and Fibromyalgia treatment. She offers complimentary consultations, muscle and range of motion testing, postural assessment, and written treatment plans.
Stephanie is also a Kundalini Reiki Master & Teacher with 6 years of experience. She has helped many people with her strong energetic treatments that calm the body, mind and emotions by opening and balancing the Chakra system and retraining the energy of the life force to flow freely through and around the body. She offers Kundalini Reiki primarily, but, draws on the numerous attunements she has received to apply the most effective energetic therapy in her treatments. Stephanie assists her clients in reaching their optimal emotional state of peace and calm, and provides tips on coping mechanisms for stress, anxiety reduction, and overcoming grief, loss, sadness, trauma, and depression.
In addition to all this, Stephanie is skilled in the therapeutic use and application of herbs, spices, salts, and essential oils to improve the health and appearance of the body and creates all natural body care products for use and sale in her practice. Her emphasis is on healing, rather than beauty, however, radiance is a side-effect of optimal health. In addition to her training at Cortiva Institute, Stephanie is also a Graduate of Western Business College, has over 10 years of experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, and Public Speaking. She spent her time at Cortiva working as an active Spa Coordinator in Scottsdale and works with one of the largest companies in therapeutic massage today while building her practice.
