With over 28 years of advanced massage experience, I combine intuitive and relaxing therapeutic techniques, along with restorative foot reflexology. Every session provides a quiet, private sanctuary to decompress, realign, and recover.
Serenity Alignment offers hands-on therapeutic massage and foot reflexology exclusively for women. Based on client demand, Class IV Deep Tissue Laser Therapy, a non-invasive, warm light therapy that is FDA approved and approved and used by professional sports teams (NFL, WNBA, PGA, etc.), will be introduced as a premium enhancement by June 2026. This advanced treatment helps accelerate recovery, rapidly reduce inflammation, and increase circulation, often providing noticeable improvement within minutes or over a series of sessions depending on the condition and severity.
Each massage session concludes with an essential oil towel foot cleanse, therapeutic reflexology, and a warm towel wrap to seal in relaxation. Please feel free to remove foot reflexology from your session, if needed.
To support your healing beyond the therapeutic session, each session includes complimentary bottled water for necessary hydration; organic herbal tea for calming, hydration, and gut warmth; a healthy organic snack option to gently restore energy; and access to mindful affirmation cards, which you may take with you or simply reflect upon at the beginning or end of your session, and to carry your session forward as you reenter your daily life. For those who enjoy journaling, complimentary inspirational spiral notebooks with pen are available to document thoughts, intentions, and moments of clarity as part of your journey back to peace and harmony. These offerings are included as part of your session experience and not an add-on, ensuring your time feels fully supported and complete.
