Be good to your body, and it will be good to you!
My name is Sara Dye, LMT, CLT. I have lived in the Nashville area since 1997. I graduated from Western Michigan University in 1995, with a degree in Exercise Science and Community Health. I graduated from Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in 2000. I have been a licensed massage therapist for Twenty-four years.
I am a Certified Massage Therapist(LMT) and Certified Lymphedema Therapist(CLT). I use Manual Lymph Drainage(Vodder Techniques). Conditions which can be successfully treated with MLD include Lymphedema and Lipedema, leg or arm swelling(heaviness), Post-Surgical swelling, Inflammatory Rheumatism, Fibromyalgia, and more.
My practice focus is on manual lymphatic drainage(MLD). This is NOT incisional drainage. I treat my clients with a wholistic approach to manage post surgical pain, chronic and acute pain, and overall immune wellness.
In addition to my massage studies, I am a Certified Nutrition Coach with Food Matters Institute. Food Matters Institute is an accredited program by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists(IICT). Nutrition and healing with food is another passion of mine to help your body thrive.
Mission:
My mission is to help you feel better physically, and mentally, to be your best self. My goal is to aid your body in eliminating toxins, balance, and create wellness thru the use of Lymphatic drainage massage.
Fun Fact: I am an identical twin, and I have identical twin girls!
Outside of my massage practice, I like to spend time with my family. We all love the game of volleyball: watching, playing, cheering on friends. I really enjoy spending time outdoors while I breathe fresh air. Walks with my husband are some of our best quality time moments.
