I am a Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Yoga Teacher on the east side of Cleveland. I have experience in many different types of massage and energy work (Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and utilizing different positions from my background in yoga are favorited) to give holistic and powerful sessions that go beyond releasing muscular tension.
The Integrated Bodywork I do is an intense and intimate healing experience utilizing many different types of physical, emotional, and spiritual modalities. The sessions can take on whatever form is needed for you but are based on creating a sacred healing space. A space with a very specific feeling of serenity, safety, and understanding, and I will attempt to find wherever that feeling is for you. Whatever the sessions end up looking like their only objective is to leave you feeling deeply relaxed, nurtured, and understood, as well as more physically balanced.
The work I do has been described as spiritual, flowing, transformative, and sensual. I maintain a meditative state and actively utilize energy work to amplify the massage. I aim to leave clients feeling free, calm, energized, and balanced.
