Do you take insurance?

No, we do not take insurance. We can provide any documentation needed to submit for reimbursement. 

Do you take walk-ins?

No, we do not take walk-ins, but we sometimes have same day appointments. If you would like to make a same day appointment, call or text 423-216-5930 and ask about today's availability. 

What is a medical massage? 

Medical massage is a massage focused on addressing a specific condition(s) in the soft tissue. The goal is for lasting healing results. It starts with an assessment to identify what area(s) need to be worked on and in what order. Multiple techniques are used during a session based on where restrictions or tension is found in the seven layers of soft tissues. It is called medical because it is used to address specific conditions and the session is based off assessments to monitor progress.

Medical massage is for those living in pain or have a body that is not working the way they want and would like to find relief! It is for those who are just started looking for care or for those who have tried physical therapy, chiropractic care, or other types of massage therapy, but have not found relief. What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)?

MLD is very light bodywork specifically targeting the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is the body's filter system. Over time it can get backed up or overloaded which then causes lymphedema, fatigue, increased sickness, skin conditions, pain, and Alzheimer's.
