Hi, my name is Nora! I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist based out of Enumclaw WA. My specialty is Structural Integration, also know as Soma Neuromuscular Integration. This is a deeper tissue type massage that focuses on the body’s connective tissue(fascia), neurological connections between the mind and the muscles, compensation patterns and habits we develop over the years..
Together we will work to unwind stuck areas that may be causing you pain/discomfort, inhibiting movement and causing day to day issues.
When you get off the massage table you'll feel taller, notice the ability to move more freely, have more range of motion, a more clear mind, be able to take deeper breath and have overall sense of ease and peace.
I had the privilege of attending one of the most amazing Structural Integration Programs in the U.S. and I’ve been personally experiencing this body work for 15 years and been learning/apprenticing with different people for 4 years.
This work has changed my life in so many ways and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with people!! Not many people get to say that they love what they do, but I can.
