Misty Jones is a Licensed Massage Therapist with extensive Medical Massage training, and a MAT-Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist. She is also a Certified Neuromuscular, Visceral Manipulation 1 Therapist, trauma release, and Cupping Therapist. She believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and utilizes her expertise and training to assist in the process.
Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication with her clients, she has a collaborative approach of reaching specific goals of the client. She believes in providing outcome based treatments through effectively communicating with and educating her clients prior, during, and after their treatment(s)
Her approach to bodywork is to integrate different modalities to achieve specific goals. Modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial release, Neuromuscular, Myoskeletal Alignment, Visceral Manipulation, Cupping, Muscle Scrapping (IASTM), and contrast hydrotherapy.
Misty has been working as a massage therapist since 2016. She enjoys working with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disease, cervical spine and back dysfunction.
