Welcome to Renewed Wellness!!! I am so happy you stopped by to learn more about the services we provide. But now a little about me.
My name is Dawn and I am the owner/operator of Renewed Wellness. I have been a Georgia licensed massage therapist since March 2010 after receiving my massage certification from the Academy of Somatic Healing Arts (ASHA) in Norcross, Georgia. I have completed additional coursework in chair massage, Table Thai Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stones, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Oncology massage (with Tracy Walton & Associates).
My local work experiences include Atlanta Touch Therapy, Heal Thyself Atlanta, Urban Temple Studio, Village Health, Natural Body Spa and independent contractor for three Atlanta seasons of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.

Despite being a one-woman show, I partner with many fabulous massage therapists in the metro Atlanta area for couples' massage, spa parties, and chair events.
My beliefs/ the stuff I get excited about
I absolutely believe touch is therapeutic and everyone deserves to experience healthy touch on a regular basis. For this reason, I try to keep my prices affordable, but the experience is priceless (So corny, but I could not help myself).
I believe that if together we can relax your mind your muscles will follow. No this does not mean the massage is lite and fluffy. My signature massage is an integrated massage which means I use all the tools I know based on what you tell me I (why you are at Renewed Wellness) and what I feel in your body.
I believe that massage does not have to hurt to be effective. There are times when it might hurt due to injury, tense muscles or technique.
