We are a team of New York State Licensed Massage Therapist + Sound healer + acupuncturist, who enjoy helping and nurturing our clients to the best of our ability by aiding them towards increasing their personal health and wellness through massage. Our therapists' styles range from Therapeutic, Sports, and Swedish massages and also includes Fire Cupping, Sound baths, assisted stretching, ear seeds and can include energy work/Reiki, hot stones, ear seeds, gua sha, CBD oil, essential oils, buccal massage, lymph work, etc. We incorporate stretching and Thai stretching techniques to increase range of motion and dexterity as well as releasing problematic areas and loosening up the surrounding tissues.
