I graduated from the Mind Body Institute in Nashville, TN in 2017 and later earned my certification as a Medical Massage Practitioner. I specialize in therapeutic modalities such as neuromuscular therapy, trigger point work, and PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), but I also love providing deeply relaxing sessions that help my clients reset and unwind.
I’m currently located at Perrydise Salon and Spa in Perry, Georgia, where I offer personalized massage experiences tailored to each client’s needs.
Outside of massage, I’m a wife, mother, and bonus mom to three amazing children. I love pole fitness, aerials, yoga, and spending time outdoors. I now work Monday through Friday so I can dedicate weekends to my family and the activities that bring me joy.
