PRIME Massage Therapy

.   From an early age I had an interest in caring for others and making them feel better. One day my mother told me that I had a gift and I should massage people for a living. At the time I had never heard of anyone making a living by massaging others so I started researching. I was instantly intrigued and I knew that I had found a career that I would love. Soon after graduating from high school, I enrolled in the best school in our area, Asten Center of Natural Therapeutics in Richardson, Tx. I graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist in December of 1997. Following my graduation I attended an advanced course to strengthen my knowledge in many more modalities and every year I take continuing education classes to stay up to date with constant change in studies.

Specializing in relieving and improving muscle energy in specific areas such as sciatic pain, TMJ, chronic neck and shoulder issues, “tech neck”, carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, runners knee, frozen shoulder, SI joint dysfunction and tension or sinus headaches.
While these are modalities that I specialize in I am also skilled in providing a basic Swedish, relaxation massage that enables you to completely relax from head to toe.
