Hello, my name is Lizzie. I am a licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist, and 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor.
I specialize in neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, integrating various modalities to create a holistic healing experience. As an energy worker trained in Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) and Reiki, I bring a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, allowing for a truly transformative session. My goal is to bring oneness of the body, mind, and spirit to help you achieve a deep sense of wholeness.
