APPOINTMENT RULES/REGULATIONS
1.) All appointments require a $25 Deposit to reserve your slot. Your appointment will not be approved without deposit. Please send full name with deposit. This is non refundable and also included in the price of your service. Deposits MUST be made no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
2.) Clients may arrive to their appointment as early as 10minutes.
3.) Clients who arrive more than 15minutes late to their appointment with no communication ( phone call, text message, email or message through website ) will result in cancellation.
4.) Clients who DO NOT show up to their appointment will be marked as a NO-SHOW and will not be able to book without paying the full payment amount fo the new service being booked.
5.) All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Proper Hygiene is required and failure to adhere will result in clients' session being denied.
* All cellular devices need to be turned off or on silent during session. It is very important you are relaxed during your massage service(s).
* Drinking alcohol before your appointment is not encouraged.
* Sunbathing and tanning is not a good idea before your appointment.
*If you feel ill, please cancel your appointment for the safety and consideration of your therapist.
