Over 10 years of practice. Experience in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Myofacial release, Trigger Point Therapy, & Hydrotherapy. I graduated Herzing University with a degree of Massage Therapy and Bodywork with over 900 hours of clinical work. I have recently started studies of CBD oils and it's healing properties. I have a firm touch with a relaxing tone, I work therapeutically, that's why I left working the spa. I work to heal, but I will always check in with pressure and make sure you are comfortable the entire experiance.
