P. J. Pape has been a Board Certified Massage Therapist since 1998 effectively helping everyday people create peak performance in their lives. Whether relieving Carpal Tunnel symptoms, managing stress, blood pressure, Diabetes, or easing recovery form an intense workout or injury, PJ has a peerless ability to put her clients at ease.
PJ is certified in Oncology Massage, Reflexology and Reiki. She specializes in Deep Tissue and Medical Massage techniques. Since 2008, PJ has served on the Ethics and Standards Committee of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB.)
PJ has over 10 years of corporate staff experience, a BA from the University of Hartford and has done post-graduate work in organizational behavior. PJ is a FL Master Gardener who is passionate about volunteering in her community while helping people to find their happy place in the garden.
An animal lover, PJ has gentled and trained shelter dogs to live as household members and fostered Guiding Eyes for the Blind puppies. We are delighted to announce that MassageWorks has been declared a Center of Excellence in Massage and Bodywork by the NCBTMB.
