I closed my home office of 10 years to be able to offer my intuitive, healing services to a wider variety of individuals seeking assistance in their health care goals and bodywork needs in a safe and professional environment. I specialize in injury recovery, sports massage and deep tissue massage all while keeping you comfortable and relaxed to achieve the most benefit. Extreme pain and bruising are not necessary for structural changes to occur and deep tissue massage to be effective. I also am skilled in pre-natal, hot stone and reflexology. I have over 15,000 hours of hands-on experience with individuals of all backgrounds and health care needs. I am adaptable and professional with your needs and concerns at the top of my list. I have also coordinated and instructed entry level massage at the Delta-Montrose Technical College for the past two years successfully.
