I am a Certified and AMTA insured Massage Therapist. I have been practicing since 2012 here in Hutchinson. During this time I have tried to provide personalized massages for each client designed to support each clients overall health and wellness goals. I offer a variety of massage techniques in order to achieve a balance of deep relaxation and therapeutic results. I also take every chance I can to learn and grow by continuing my education so that I may be able to continue to provide maximum results for my clients.
I am a big believer in self care to progressively reach a point of living without pain. This can be accomplished through using different modalities, such as but not limited to deep tissue massage, trigger point work, sports massage, stretching, myofascial work, cupping, hot stones, cold stones, aromatherapy, lymphatic, pregnancy massage(motherhood) and more. While firm pressure is something I regularly do, relaxation and comfort are still the ideal goal. By adjusting each massage to the individual client I can provide a very specific massage for your needs. I also work with a wide age range of clients from newborn to geriatrics and hospice. It is never to early to start working on your wellness and never to late to start.
