Having an active lifestyle, a martial arts practice, and an interest in helping others be their best drew me to studying Barnes' myofascial release therapy and becoming a massage therapist. Massage therapy training and focused continuing education supported my shifting from an early career in molecular biological research and IT to offering Barnes' myofascial release to those interested in having a more active, joyful, pain-free life.
