Massage by Cassie is a customizable, individualized approach to massage.
At this time I am only taking new appointments by referral only. If you have a gift certificate, or someone has suggested you see me for treatment, please contact me directly to book your first session. After that first visit, you will have the option to book all future appointments yourself. Text is always the quickest method of communication, calls may be delayed up to 24 hours.
You may notice that I do not list "Swedish" or "Deep Tissue" as options for treatment.
In my opinion, any massage has the potential to be therapeutic and pressure is very subjective, varying by individual experience. Each client is unique, with a different body type, preference and physiologic issue(s). With this in mind, each session requires an individual approach.
I believe that massage is a necessity for a balanced body and mind. It offers a healing touch that can affect a person energetically, emotionally and physically. My ultimate goal is to foster this mind/body connection to make space for the healing to begin.
