Your waiting area needs some attention. Calming colors would be where I would start. The big screen TV with fire scene is to high to enjoy. Just my opinion.

The bath pass was something I really enjoyed! The spa was amazing. They really make you feel welcome and comfortable while not being overcrowded. Loved the sauna and hot tub. Everything was stocked, clean, and the staff were so kind!
