Local Roots Massage & Wellness started as a therapeutic massage practice in 2017. Over the years, I kept noticing the same patterns in my clients’ bodies and wanted to understand why they happened.
That question led me down thousands of hours of research, testing, and hands-on observation. Instead of focusing on one body part or one technique, I began looking at how the body works as one connected system.
Today, every session is personalized. Depending on what you need, your session may include therapeutic massage, hands-on bodywork, assisted movement, and practical education to help you better understand your own body.
