Lightfoot Massage

Audrey Lightfoot is a Virginia Beach native whose path as a healer has been shaped by both study and spirit. After graduating from ODU, she trained in massage therapy in Southern Maryland and later deepened her knowledge of plant medicine at the Aromahead Institute in Ithaca, NY, completing her Aromatherapy Certification.

Audrey specializes in helping clients find relief from pain and inflammation, blending both skill and intuition in her work. Her favorite techniques include gua sha, cupping, and the dolphin neurostim acupuncture pen, all chosen for their ability to unlock tension and restore flow.

A lifelong student of the healing arts, Audrey continues to study herbs, supplements, nutrition, mycology, aromatherapy, and astrology—weaving them into her practice with care and reverence. She also creates small-batch tinctures, hydrosols, and botanical remedies through her work at Salt of the Earth Farm, where every product carries the essence of the land and the plants she tends.
