Massage is not just a luxury it is a way to live a happier healthier life.
I practice mostly orthopedic massage, myofascial release and trigger point techniques. I do custom massages based on your unique needs. I am fascinated by the human body, both the anatomy and its function. I am proficient in Swedish massage, Aroma therapy, Shiatsu, Sports massage, Hydrotherapy, Oncology, and Pre-natal massage. I use specific techniques to interface with the nervous system which bring about longer lasting relief as is actually resets the muscle to a functional state.
I am constantly learning new information and skills to address a multitude of issues. My love for this work grows with each client as they bring a different challenge to the table every session. My goal is to facilitate change, to bring balance back to the musculoskeletal system, and restore proper tone and tension. and to help you feel great in your body long after the session is over.
