Custom Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue massage focuses on deeper soft tissue layers. Massage is confined to a focused treatment area. Massage techniques are performed slowly and to the tolerance of the client. Mild soreness following treatment may occur.
Custom Elevated Thai
Thai massage performed on the massage table. Utilizes compressive massage, cyclical tractioning and passive stretching to increase global musculoskeletal mobility. May be performed with client fully clothed.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which encourages lymphatic circulation and assists in decreasing edema and associated range of motion restrictions and discomfort.
