Because life gets tangled. Let's work it out.

At Knot Theory, massage is more than relaxation. It’s a return to awareness. Each session is thoughtfully designed to help you reconnect with your body, release deeply held tension, and restore balance in both mind and movement.

My approach blends intentional therapeutic work with a deeply intuitive touch, creating sessions that are both effective and restorative. Specializing in neuromuscular and deep tissue techniques, I focus on addressing the root of your tension—not just the symptoms—through work that is precise, attentive, and responsive to your body’s needs.

Because meaningful change takes time, I offer longer sessions that allow for a more comprehensive, full-body approach. This creates space to move beyond isolated areas of discomfort and support lasting relief, improved function, and a deeper sense of ease.

Whether you’re holding stress, chronic tension, or simply need space to reset, each session is customized to meet you exactly where you are. This is more than bodywork—it’s time carved out just for you to reconnect, release, and feel at home in your body again.

Come as you are—leave with a little more space, ease, and awareness.

All services include complementary Aromatherapy to enhance your experience. I'm committed to using only clean, organic and cruelty-free products.

Meet Azzaya Gantulga, LMT & NMT & YTT

Listening is the first step to healing.

My journey into bodywork began through my own experience with health challenges. Years ago, I struggled with persistent digestive issues that conventional approaches couldn’t fully resolve. What ultimately supported my healing was yoga’s invitation to slow down, breathe, and truly listen to my body.

In 2016, I completed a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Colorado, where I began to understand how the body communicates and holds patterns. That experience sparked a deeper curiosity and led me to pursue massage therapy.

I completed my foundational training in California and continued my education with an advanced 1200-hour Neuromuscular Therapy program. This training deepened my understanding of the body’s structure, function, and the ways we store tension, pain, and energy.

Since 2018, I’ve worked in a variety of spa settings, developing a style that blends relaxation with therapeutic depth. My approach integrates both Eastern and Western philosophies—combining focused, clinical work rooted in biomechanics and neuromuscular therapy with the fluid, holistic principles of Thai massage, Shiatsu, and meridian-based practices.

While you may come in with tension in specific areas like the shoulders, low back, or hips, I approach each session with a whole-body perspective—working to understand and address the root of discomfort rather than just the symptoms.

With over seven years as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Neuromuscular Therapist, and a background of over 18 years in hospitality, creating a safe, welcoming, and intuitive space is second nature to me. Whether you’re seeking targeted relief, a nervous system reset, or simply time to reconnect with yourself, I will meet you where you are.

This work is collaborative - between your body, my hands, and the quiet intelligence that lives in all of us.

Licensed in both Oregon and California, I hold current credentials in both states and maintain professional liability insurance.

In addition to in-studio sessions, I offer mobile massage, on-site corporate massage, and event massage services - bringing the healing work directly to you, wherever you are.
