Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, I received my education from Laurel School of Massage in Spring, TX. Before deciding on a career in massage therapy, I worked in the medical field where I did medical billing and office management for 17 years.
My mission is to promote relaxation, pain relief, pain management & provide help with postural issues through therapeutic massage in a professional and comfortable environment. Having dealt with debilitating neck pain and severe headaches resulting from poor posture myself and finding relief through a combination of massage, exercise and stretching, it has become a passion of mine to help others who are dealing with similar issues.
I am trained in various modalities such as Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Stretching, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping Therapy and I look forward to working with others to help them live a pain free life.
