At Key of Life Wellness & Massage, you’ll work one-on-one with me, Betsy, a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience in therapeutic and neuromuscular bodywork. My goal is simple: help you finally feel better so you can get back to living your life with less pain and more ease.

Since 2007, I’ve built my practice around personalized, results-focused care. Every session is tailored to your specific needs, whether you’re dealing with desk-related pain, muscle tension, over-use injuries, or stress that’s built up over time.

Cancellations/Refunds/Late Arrival 

Cancellations: No-shows or cancellations for appointments without 24-hour notice will be charged 100% of the service fee along with payment processing fees. If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, we will issue a refund of the massage service payment but will not refund payment processing fees. 

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours will be considered a non-refundable cancellation and you will be charged 100% of the service fee including payment processing fees.  

Refunds are not issued for pre-paid packages, or completed services. All purchases are final*. 

Late arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, your therapist may need to shorten your massage treatment time.
