Kämē Bodywork: Inspired by Origami, the Japanese art form of folding paper. Our body, much like a piece of paper, is very delicate. It can bend, twist, tear, wrinkle, fold, and unfold. As the body navigates through life, it adapts to lifestyle behaviors which may cause the soft tissues to change in such a way that "folds" or "holds" the body. This folding, or holding pattern, affects the way our body structure looks and moves. Kämē Bodywork exists to unfold and unlock these patterns to allow the body to move as it was designed to.
