Being a massage therapist has been a lifelong career goal that I put into action after many years in corporate America. The base of my experience as a Massage Therapist was founded in an international intensive massage therapy program in Costa Rica. My massage therapy approach was built off experience with massage addressing my own anxiety, insomnia, and stress from highly dynamic working environments and significant life stressors.
As a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), I have great deal of intuition about massage therapy that continues to evolve as my practice continues to grow. Each bodywork session is tailored to the individual based on what I assess during the massage session. In each massage session, a variety and range of techniques and modalities are used to best address your needs including Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Sports, Swedish, and Trigger Point Massage. In particular, I look at the whole person and offer options that can promote a sense of physical and emotional well-being while providing a massage that is both therapeutic, nurturing, and deeply relaxing.
Whether the massage session is 60 minutes or 90 minutes, I provide body work that realigns and re-energizes you holistically. Whether you seek solace from the stresses of everyday life, relief from pain and discomfort, or simply a place to feel relaxed and taken care of, I will help! As a member of the LGBTQ community, I provide these services in a safe and respectful environment for all clients inclusive of gender identity, sexuality, sex, ethnicity, and age.
