Hi, I’m Bambi Hill, LMT, a licensed massage therapist and owner of Just B Massage & Bodywork. I’ve been helping clients feel and perform their best since earning my 900-hour Clinical Massage license with a Neuromuscular focus from PMTC in 2015.

My background blends traditional and advanced techniques including Sacred Lomi Lomi, Thai Massage, Reiki Energy Work, John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point and Deep Tissue modalities. This combination allows me to adapt each session to meet the specific needs of athletes, active individuals, and anyone seeking recovery, balance, or stress relief.

I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and move with less pain and more freedom. Whether it’s improving mobility, addressing chronic tension, or creating space for deep relaxation, my goal is to support both physical performance and overall well-being.
