Jessica Wokes RMT is a massage practice that incorporates both therapeutic and relaxation techniques into each session. I am a huge believer in warming up the tissues before getting into the heavy work and finishing with some nice relaxing techniques to help your body recover quicker and leave you forgetting the intense part of the session. I thrive off of correcting your problems if I can and if I can't, I will make sure you have the right information and a recommended solution to your issues. Working with multiple modalities is strongly encouraged so I will make sure you are in the loop of what is actually going on with your body.
