My name is Jessica Desmarais, please call me Jess!

I am a licensed massage therapist in Massachusetts and have successfully passed the MBLEX exam ensuring my expertise meets national standards for professional massage and bodywork. I trained at one of the top schools in the country - Bancroft School of Massage Therapy! I gained a strong foundation in comprehensive anatomy, relaxation & therapeutic technique training. I am thrilled to offer a safe, deeply calming and healing space for our local community.

I have a deep-rooted passion for health and wellness.  I earned my degree in Health Education and Business Administration from Worcester State University. I then expanded my knowledge through yoga, completing a 200-hour Hot Power Vinyasa and a 300-hour Kundalini Yoga Alliance certification. Previously, I had the privilege of sharing yoga, breath-work and meditation at my former studio, Transform Warm Yoga. Wanting to deepen my ability to support holistic well-being, I transitioned into massage therapy. Now, I couldn't be happier doing this rewarding work- guiding my clients toward deeper relaxation, pain relief and improve overall quality of life!

I enjoy blending evolving techniques and modalities into my work to get you as close as possible to your treatment goals. I offer 60, 75, 90 & 120 minute sessions that are specifically crafted just for you. Please read the service descriptions to see which time option is BEST for YOUR specific needs .

• By Appointment Only - Clients must be 18 years of age or older.
• Intake Paperwork - REQUIRED to be filled out prior to first appointment . Intake will be emailed to you upon booking.
• Full payment- Full payment is due at the time of booking, no exceptions. FSA and HSA are accepted ! Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are also accepted.
• FSA & HSA Payments are accepted for medically necessary massage treatments. A doctors prescription may be required for your FSA/HSA approval, though it is not required to book a session with me. FSA/HSA funds may NOT be used for gift certificate purchases.
• No Refund Policy - No exceptions.
• Late Arrival Policy- Late arrivals will receive a shortened treatment that will end at the designated time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show unless client communicated with therapist ahead of time.
• 24-hour Cancellation /Rescheduling Policy- Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment through the website with more than 24 hours' notice. If canceled with sufficient notice, the client will receive a credit to their account to be used toward a future appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of previously paid service fee. Please reschedule if not feeling well. In cases of sudden illness or last-minute emergencies, special considerations may apply. If this occurs, TEXT Jess as soon as possible at 774-200-5227.
• Professional and respectful environment- Any inappropriate comments or behaviors will not be tolerated. Should this occur, your treatment will be terminated immediately and you will not be permitted to return for future sessions.
• At this time I do not offer Prenatal Massage
• As a massage therapist- I am unable to diagnose or treat any existing conditions, only do my best to relieve your pain and ease symptoms of tension and stress. Please consult a doctor before booking a massage for any underlying conditions or injuries.
