I began my training in 2014 by studying Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and receiving the Master Attunement in 2016. This started my journey into learning about how the body can heal from within and ultimately coming full circle to my training in massage therapy. I received my license for massage therapy after graduating from the Lancaster School of Massage in 2020.
Massage therapy enables my clients to uphold their overall sense of well-being. It facilitates a return to self in various ways. Massage calms overactive minds and bodies, alleviates aches and pains, and supports the immune system. Stress is a natural physiological and psychological response to life experiences. In contemporary society, we are often preoccupied and tend to neglect self-care. Massage provides my clients with a tranquil space for introspection.
Massage therapy offers a wide range of benefits, including the alleviation of pain, anxiety, sleep disorders such as insomnia, hypertension, depression, lower back pain, diabetes, stress, headaches, general body aches, and arthritis, among many other conditions. I am committed to helping you to customize a massage experience that addresses your individual needs, through various modalities to facilitate deep relaxation and promote overall balance.
Peace Love Jenergy operates from Bodhi Yoga and Wellness, located at 10 South Union Street, Middletown, PA 17057. Parking is available in the rear of the building, with additional street parking opportunities at the front.
