Hi my name is Jack. I have been an athlete for most of my life, with over 20 years of gymnastics experience and 10 plus years of CrossFit. I found myself at a point in my life where I wanted to do more to help people physically, that is why if found myself in massage school in 2023. Due to my athletic background I found my self falling in love with deep tissue work as well as myofascial release and cupping. Using these techniques and my knowledge of the body I plan to help you feel and move the best that you can.
