Intuitive Touch is a cooperative of LMTs who have come together to serve the greater Concord, New Hampshire area. Each LMT has their own unique style & technical approach to bodywork. This team is fueled by the mutual passion to help & care for our clients. We strive to provide clients with quality bodywork & genuinely want to make a difference in people's lives.
POLICIES: Payments for any & all services are non-refundable.
Prepayment is required to ensure the livelihood of our LMTs and the commitment of our clients.
If you accidentally paid for a session when you didn't mean to, that is your error not the business'. We will not pay for that mistake. If you cancel a prepaid session it will save to your file & be applied to when you reschedule. If you no-show or cancel the same day, the LMT will be paid, and you will not be refunded.
All gift certificates sales are final & cannot be redeemed for cash.
The only refunds issued, are if a therapist needs to cancel for any reason, & you are never going to reschedule or return to our office again.
Cancellations that are less than 24hrs prior to appointment require a phone call. Please do NOT email or message on social media.
If you are late for your service, you will not receive the full amount of time. If you do not show up for your appointment and have a prepaid session, package or gift certificate on file, that will automatically be redeemed for the missed session. Otherwise, an invoice for the missed session will be sent. Payment for a missed session must be made prior to receiving services again.
