Intuitive Touch is a cooperative of LMTs who have come together to serve the greater Concord, New Hampshire area. Each LMT has their own unique style & technical approach to bodywork. This team is fueled by the mutual passion to help & care for our clients. We strive to provide clients with quality bodywork & genuinely want to make a difference in people's lives.
**We do not offer couples massage. Clients can come at the same time, but not the same room.
POLICIES: please read as these are strictly enforced.
Payments for any & all services are non-refundable. Prepayment is required to ensure the livelihood of our LMTs and the commitment of our clients.
If you accidentally paid for a session when you didn't mean to, that is your error not the business'. We will not pay for that mistake. If you cancel a prepaid session it will save to your file & be applied to when you reschedule. When you book and pre-pay you are agreeing to this and understand under no circumstance will you be given a refund. If you or your LMT become sick, the pre-paid session is applied to a reschedule date. NOT RFUNDED. This applies to all circumstances, emergency or not.
If you no-show or cancel less then 24hrs, the LMT will be paid, and you will not be refunded.
All gift certificates sales are final & cannot be redeemed for cash.
Cancellations that are less than 24hrs prior to appointment require a phone call. Please do NOT email or message on social media.
If you are late for your service, you will not receive the full amount of time.
LMTs have the right of refusal. Meaning if you come in sick, we can choose not to work on you. Or, if you are inappropriate or we feel unsafe, in anyway, we will end the session or remove your ability to book with us.
